Business Development Coordinator

Real Food Blends is seeking a Business Development Coordinator based in the Western United Statesto help us expand our customer and influencer base. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales by assisting with creating and forging strong relationships with doctors, dietitians, case managers and our B2B partners.

Reporting directly to our Co-Founders, youll have a rare chance to have an important and immediate impact on many different aspects of the company. We’re looking for the best and brightest who can help us expand and innovate through the next phases of growth, but who also have a unique passion for making a positive difference in the business world and beyond.

Who We Are

Real Food Blends makes 100% real food meals for people with feeding tubes. Born from a Mom & Dad’s love for their tube-fed son and a belief that we all deserve access to real food & nutritional variety, our meals are free of corn syrup and preservatives  and only contain real food. Covered by many insurance plans and with millions of meals sold, Real Food Blends now serves tens of thousands of tubies nationwide, both directly through our website and via our large network of distribution partners. We’ve been disrupting this multi-billion dollar industry since early 2014 and we’re looking for other passionate, talented people to help us with our next phase of growth.


Setting up meetings and educating top doctors, registered dietitians, hospitals and long-term care facilities about Real Food Blends for enteral patients.

Working directly with co-founders to identify target markets.

Promoting the companys products/services.

Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.


We’re looking for smart, passionate people that value and believe in honesty, hard work, integrity, accountability and putting the team first and their egos last. Oh, and you cant take yourself too seriously either, because life is just too short. Beyond that you’ll need:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-5 years in medical sales or business development.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • Preference given to Registered Dietitians and those with an understanding of medical insurance billing.
  • Must be based in the Western United States (ideal candidate based in Texas, Arizona, or Colorado)

Real Food Blends is rapidly growing and this will be our first dedicated sales position. The right candidate will have unlimited opportunity to not only help grow this unique business, but also to help shape the future of this position (read: growth is limitless!). This position can be work-from-home and will require some amount of domestic travel.
